INCubatoredu (Entrepreneurship) classroom where students work with mentors to develop and launch a business, presenting before a Board of Investors 'Shark Tank' style.

Run by The MILE culinary arts students, the bistro is open to the public with full front of house and back of house operations.

Open collaboration area with additional soft seating, flexible walls and furniture. Modeled after current work environments to create real world experiences for students.
