The Midlothian ISD Transportation Department's mission is to provide safe, timely and efficient bus transportation for eligible students. Effective transportation requires cooperation among administration, staff, students and parents/guardians.Midlothian ISD adheres to the state's public school bus eligibility (Board Policy CNA Legal) guidelines of providing transportation services for students who live two or more miles from the school they attend. In addition, the school district provides bus transportation for students who live within the two-mile radius if they live in a hazardous zone without designated walk zones/side walks where the speed limit is over 30 miles per hour or if the walk zone requires elementary students to cross over railroad tracks.
Bus transportation is not available in the following campus walk zones.
