Fee Payment

• Optional Device Fee: This fee allows you to insure the device for accidental damage. This does not cover loss, intentional damage, or theft without a police report.
• Chromebook and iPad charger replacement: Sometimes chargers are lost and this resource gives you the opportunity to purchase another. 
• Badge Fees for MHS students: Students occasionally forget their badge and must have a paper one printed or purchase a replacement for their lost badge. This resource lets you see the charges for badges and to pay for the charge. 

• You can pay fees on the couch in your pajamas. Seriously.
• You can pay fees online, wherever you are, whenever you have time.
• The Web Store keeps track of what fees you owe.
• No more sending students to school with cash and checks.
• It saves our staff significant time and labor. Staff can focus on your students instead of tracking down payments and handling payments.

1. Go to our district's RevTrak Web Store and click "Log in" at https://midlothian-isd.revtrak.net/. Or, login in to your Skyward account. Click on the “Fee Payments” tile. Then choose “Midlothian ISD Online Payment” in the top right hand corner. 
2. Select "Create New Account." Enter your information and follow onscreen instructions to complete setting up your account. Or, if you already have an account, log in using your username and password.
3. Once you are logged in to your account, browse our Web Store and purchases or pay fees for your students. Add and store a method of payment during this step to make checkout easy for future payments.

Yes, there is a 3.62% Convenience Fee for all transactions. 

Yes, cash will still be accepted on campus. Students and parents may bring cash to the campus office to cover fee payments.
